In this role, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions using AI technologies to accelerate business processes, drive efficiency, and support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions for critical business operations.\n\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI automation strategies.\n\nEvaluate, customize, and deploy machine learning models, RPA bots, and intelligent process automation frameworks.\n\nAnalyze processes and propose automation enhancements to increase productivity, accuracy, and reliability.\n\nManage end-to-end implementation cycles, including documentation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-launch support.\n\nTroubleshoot automation systems, optimize workflows, and ensure the robustness, security, and compliance of deployed solutions.\n\nRemain current with advances in AI/ML, automation tools, and best practices, and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProfessional experience developing and deploying AI automation solutions in a business context.\n\nSolid understanding of AI/ML principles, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), and scripting/programming languages such as Python.\n\nExperience with API integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\n\nEffective communicator, comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML as-a-service tools.\n\nExperience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.\n\nKnowledge of data privacy, security frameworks, and compliance considerations in automation.\n\nDemonstrated ability to document solutions and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package\n\nFlexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid)\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and development\n\nCollaborative, people-first company culture\n\nIf you are passionate about AI and automation, and eager to impact how business gets done through technology, we would love to hear from you!\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
