In this role, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts to support business operations and mitigate risk. Your expertise will help streamline contract processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a diverse array of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and more.\n\nAdvise teams across the organization on contract terms, obligations, risks, and best practices.\n\nCollaborate with legal counsel, finance, procurement, and other teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and business objectives.\n\nMaintain organized contract records and oversee the contract lifecycle to ensure timely renewals and compliance.\n\nEnsure all contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve and standardize contract processes and templates.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required; a degree in law, business administration, or a related field preferred.\n\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role handling contract review, drafting, and negotiation.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and risk mitigation.\n\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in the SaaS or technology sector.\n\nFamiliarity with contract management software and workflow tools.\n\nUnderstanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations as they relate to contracts.\n\nIf you are a motivated contracts professional looking to make an impact at a dynamic, growing company, we invite you to apply!\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
