In this client-facing role, you will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of LiveRamp solutions and the successful achievement of their business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead onboarding and implementation projects for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition to LiveRamp’s platform and services\n\nGather and analyze client requirements, develop tailored implementation plans, and establish clear project milestones\n\nConfigure, test, and validate integrations to meet client needs and address technical challenges\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing timely updates and expert guidance\n\nCollaborate with internal teams-including Product, Engineering, and Client Success-to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience\n\nDeliver training, documentation, and best practices to enable clients to maximize the value of LiveRamp solutions\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve implementation processes and contribute to the creation of scalable frameworks\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business, or related field\n\n2+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or a similar customer-focused role (SaaS or technology industry experience preferred)\n\nStrong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills\n\nDemonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences\n\nProficiency with APIs, data integration, and troubleshooting technical environments preferred\n\nIf you are passionate about helping clients achieve success with cutting-edge technology, we encourage you to apply and become part of LiveRamp, Inc.'s innovative team!\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
