As a key member of our HRIS team, you will drive system enhancements, streamline HR processes, and support the ongoing development and maintenance of our Workday platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across HR, IT, and business operations, leveraging deep Workday HCM knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions that enable effective workforce management and organizational growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing system support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday configurations and solutions\n\nDesign, implement, and test system enhancements, interfaces, and integrations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors\n\nLead data management activities including audits, data loads, and reporting to ensure data integrity and compliance\n\nDevelop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides related to Workday processes\n\nStay current on Workday releases and best practices, identifying opportunities for ongoing optimization and automation\n\nCollaborate on HR projects, system upgrades, and process improvements, delivering solutions on-time and within scope\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM analyst or similar HRIS role\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Workday HCM core modules (such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management)\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nExcellent communication skills, with an ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExperience with data integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation within Workday\n\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\n\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\n\nFlexible work arrangements\n\nProfessional development opportunities\n\nInclusive, collaborative culture that values innovation and growth\n\nIf you are passionate about leveraging HR technology to drive business results and create a seamless employee experience, we encourage you to apply and join our talented team at LiveRamp, Inc.\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
