We are looking for an Associate Site Reliability Engineer who is eager to learn modern SRE and cloud engineering practices while helping maintain reliable and scalable production systems.\nThis role is ideal for someone early in their SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering career who enjoys troubleshooting, automation, and working closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced global environment.\nYou will:\nOwn and support the deployment of global products, including provisioning, configuring, and maintaining production and internal environments.\n\nProvide 24/7 first-line engineering support through a globally distributed follow-the-sun support model, ensuring timely incident response and resolution.\n\nMonitor and improve system health, availability, performance, and reliability through observability, alerting, and proactive operational practices.\n\nIndependently troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.\n\nDevelop and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual intervention, improve operational efficiency, and minimize human error.\n\nBuild, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, secure, and efficient software deployments.\n\nManage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and repeatability.\n\nSupport and optimize containerized workloads and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes.\n\nIdentify and address reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure scalability challenges.\n\nContribute to incident management processes, post-incident reviews, operational runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with Software Engineering, DevOps, QE, Security, and Product teams to ensure production readiness and reliable product delivery.\n\nDrive improvements in operational excellence through automation, monitoring enhancements, and adoption of SRE best practices.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and production readiness assessments to ensure systems meet operational and reliability requirements.\n\nShare technical knowledge, contribute to engineering standards, and support the development of junior team members.\n\nWork closely with SRE team members and Engineering organizations based in California, Paris, Nantong, Singapore, Australia, and other global locations.\n\nRequired Skills:\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and production infrastructure operations.\n\nHands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nPractical experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.\n\nProficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.\n\nStrong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages, with the ability to develop operational automation.\n\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar platforms.\n\nSolid understanding of incident management, troubleshooting methodologies, root cause analysis, and production support practices.\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems, high availability, scalability, and reliability engineering principles.\n\nExperience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing automation or process improvements.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex technical issues.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with cross-functional and globally distributed engineering teams.\n\nAbility to manage competing priorities, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.\n\nWillingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide operational support as part of a follow-the-sun model.\n\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
