Learn more at LiveRamp.com.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in creating, evaluating, and launching new courses and programs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LMS administration and solid experience customizing and delivering training programs, with over 7-10 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of adult learning theory. They will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding of new employees, customizing and delivering manager training programs, and serving alongside and partnering with the P&C (HR) team Hyderabad site. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and hands-on program management expertise as well as strong technical acumen, clear design sensibility, and the ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLearning Platform Administration:\nMaintain a current, well-documented program catalog for the India site.\n\nMaintain accurate course and learner records.\n\nManage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling participants in courses and uploading SCORM files.\n\nEnsure the LMS is optimized for user experience and performance.\n\nRespond to and resolve tickets related to the L&D/training space.\n\nTroubleshoot user experience issues and propose solutions.\n\nWork directly with the LMS vendor support team to resolve issues in a timely manner.\n\nProgram Management:\nAlong with L&D Lead, develop and/or customize clear project plans and timelines specific to the Hyderabad site for all learning and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.\n\nMonitor program metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and success of learning initiatives.\n\nIdentifying and resolve issues independently; take initiative under unfamiliar circumstances to resolve issues.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for program implementation.\n\nCourse Development and Design:\nWorking closely with L&D Lead, modify/customize courses as necessary so that they are suitable for a Hyderabad audience.\n\nEvaluate and update existing course materials to ensure they meet current standards and learning objectives.\n\nWrite professional-level English communications that provide clarity for programs & services to stakeholders.\n\nPerformance Measurement and Reporting:\nDefine success measures for learning experiences and monitor progress against these metrics.\n\nRun and analyze reports.\n\nReport on the effectiveness of courses and programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nWorking knowledge (or ability to quickly learn) various SAAS platforms (covers Sana LMS, Google Suite, Workday, etc).\n\nStay current with new technologies and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.\n\nMust be highly adept at administering courses in an LMS.\n\nAdult Learning Theory:\nApply adult learning principles to the design and development of training materials.\n\nEnsure all learning experiences are engaging, effective, and aligned with adult learning theories.\n\nProgram Management:\nPrioritize and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.\n\nWork independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in L&D, with specific familiarity with LMS administration.\n\nProven track record of developing and launching successful training programs and courses.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nExperience with LMS administration, including enrolling users and managing SCORM files.\n\nExceptional systems mindset and quick to grasp technical concepts.\n\nEducational Background:\nStrong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.\n\nRelevant certifications in e-learning or related fields are a plus.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.\n\nStrong analytical skills to measure and report on learning effectiveness.\n\nClear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nIndependent and self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and accurately.\n\nCreative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\n\nWe use automated decision systems (ADS) as part of our recruitment and hiring process.
