ABOUT THIS ROLE

LVT is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to bring senior-level judgment and full-cycle ownership to a defined slice of our hiring roadmap, on a part-time basis. This is a role for a proven closer - someone with the pattern recognition to assess talent quickly, the credibility to advise hiring managers as a peer, and the discipline to run a tight, candidate-first process without full-time hours behind it. You'll own requisitions end to end, from intake through offer, and act as the connective tissue between our hiring leaders and the market.

LVT is a flexible-first company, and this role is fully remote. You'll partner with hiring managers and crew across time zones, with schedule flexibility built into how the role operates.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions, from intake through offer negotiation and close.
• Advise hiring managers on market data, leveling, and role positioning as a strategic partner, not an order-taker.
• Build and execute sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill or senior-level searches, blending inbound pipeline with targeted outreach.
• Design and run structured, bias-aware interview loops aligned to LVT's leveling framework.
• Diagnose pipeline bottlenecks and adjust strategy in real time to protect time-to-fill without sacrificing bar quality.
• Champion a high-touch candidate experience at every stage, from first outreach through onboarding handoff.
• Partner with People Ops on offer construction, leveling calibration, and compensation strategy.
• Maintain clean, current requisition data and pipeline hygiene in the ATS for accurate reporting.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Track Record: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a portfolio of closed searches at increasing seniority.
• Talent Judgment: Sharp calibration skills - able to assess fit and level quickly and defend that judgment to skeptical hiring managers.
• Consultative Approach: Comfort pushing back on hiring managers with data, not deference, when a role or process needs adjustment.
• Sourcing Instinct: A builder's approach to pipeline - proactive channels first, job boards second.
• Process Discipline: Structured-interview fluency and a habit of clean ATS hygiene, even under a lighter weekly footprint.
• Autonomy: A self-directed operator who thrives with a part-time, remote structure and minimal oversight.
• Communication: Executive-level polish in written and verbal communication with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $60.00 per hour to $90.00 per hour and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
