You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard, helping us deliver great customer outcomes.\nKey responsibilities:\nManaging the diaries and schedules of Minor Works operatives to maximise productivity\nPlanning and coordinating responsive and planned works using scheduling systems\nLiaising with Property Delivery Managers, operatives, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of works\nCommunicating with customers regarding appointments, updates, and changes\nProviding administrative support to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service\nMaintaining accurate records and systems in line with company and statutory requirements\nSupporting reporting processes by collating and analysing data\nOrdering goods and services and processing invoices in line with procedures\nWhy should I join LiveWest\nAt LiveWest, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality homes and services for our customers. You will be based from either our Weston-Super-Mare or Tolvaddon office.\nAbout The Candidate\nTo be successful in your application for the role of Coordinator - Minor Projects, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:\nEssential:\nExperience working in an administrative or office-based environment\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders\nStrong data input and analysis skills\nAbility to work under pressure with a flexible and adaptable approach\nAbility to work on your own initiative\nDesirable:\nExperience supporting scheduling or coordination of works or services\nQualifications:\nGood level of literacy and numeracy\nPlease note: This role is not eligible for a Cos.
