Appointment to this role is subject to a satisfactory Basic DBS check.\nAbout The Candidate\nTo be successful in your application for the role of Electrician, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level one role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience:\nPost Qualification Experience: Proven experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of responsive maintenance.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing electrical faults, performing periodic testing, and carrying out installation work.\nCustomer Focus: Experience working in customers' homes, demonstrating a professional and positive approach.\nHealth and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.\nIT Skills: Proficient in the use and application of mobile technology.\nDriving Licence: A full, manual, valid UK driving licence is essential.\nQualifications Required:\nCore Apprenticeship, 2360 parts 1 & 2 or equivalent (NVQ3, City and Guilds)\nDesirable: 18th Edition BS7671 Electrical Wiring Regulations - Required to complete within a reasonable timeframe after successfully passing probation period.\n Desirable: Test and Inspect (2391 or equivalent) - Required to complete within a reasonable timeframe after successfully passing probation period.\n Desirable: AM2 (Achievement Measurement Test) - Required to complete within a reasonable timeframe after successfully passing probation period.\n Desirable: PV (Photovoltaic)\n Desirable: EV (Electric Vehicles Charging Points)\n Desirable: EESS (Electrical Energy Storage Systems)\nPlease note: This role is not eligible for a Cos.
