You will lead and develop our teams while making sure young people receive high-quality, individualised support that promotes their independence, safety, wellbeing and positive transition into adulthood. \nKey responsibilities will include:\nActing as the Registered Manager and primary point of contact with Ofsted, ensuring the service meets the Supported Accommodation Regulations and Quality Standards. \nLeading preparations for Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits, while ensuring policies, procedures and working practices remain compliant. \nProviding strong and supportive leadership, creating a positive culture focused on safeguarding, inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement. \nPromoting a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring concerns, incidents and risks are identified and managed appropriately. \nUsing audits, performance information, feedback and outcomes to maintain quality and identify opportunities to improve the service. \nEnsuring young people receive personalised, trauma-informed and strengths-based support that helps them develop independence and achieve positive outcomes. \nEnsuring accommodation is maintained to a high standard and provides a safe environment for young people. \nBuilding effective relationships with local authorities, commissioners, social workers, education providers, healthcare professionals and other partners. \nWhy should I join LiveWest?\nThis is an opportunity to take a leading role in a service where the quality of support can make a real difference to young people as they prepare for adulthood.
