From coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to maintaining accurate recruitment data and carrying out initial screening, you’ll help us provide a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. \nKey responsibilities will include:\nKeeping our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date, ensuring vacancy and candidate information is complete.\nQuality checking new vacancies and adverts, making sure the correct information and approvals are in place before roles go live.\nPublishing vacancies to our careers site and external job boards, including supporting the administration of sponsored advertising.\nCoordinating interviews, sending confirmations and helping to minimise candidate no-shows.\nMonitoring applications and keeping candidates moving through each stage of the recruitment process.\nSupporting initial application sifting and carrying out basic candidate screening interviews when required.\nProviding professional and timely communications to candidates and hiring managers, including responding to enquiries through our careers inbox.\nProducing regular recruitment reports, checking data for accuracy and following up with colleagues and hiring managers where information or actions are outstanding. \nWhy should I join LiveWest?\nThis is a great opportunity to become part of a busy Talent Acquisition team where you’ll have exposure to a wide variety of recruitment activity.
