In addition to providing HR support, this role will lead HRIS/HCM implementations for our clients. You'll be one of the internal experts on our clients' HR tech stack using systems such as HiBob, Lattice, Dayforce, Rippling, UKG, Paylocity Workday, and/or ADP), keeping platforms configured, integrated, compliant, and optimized.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nHRIS/HCM System Ownership\nAdminister and maintain the core HRIS platform (e.g., HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling), including workflows, permissions, and data integrity\n\nAdminister performance and engagement platforms (e.g., Lattice) for goals, reviews, and feedback cycles\n\nManage system integrations across HRIS, performance, payroll, benefits, and other downstream tools\n\nImplementation & Optimization\nLead configurations for clients implementing new HCM systems to include leading change management, new module rollouts, and system upgrades\n\nBuild and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual HR admin\n\nPartner with People team leaders to translate process needs into system design\n\nData & Compliance\nOwn HR data integrity, reporting, and audit readiness across systems\n\nEnsure HRIS practices meet federal, state, and local compliance requirements\n\nDeliver dashboards and reporting that support workforce planning and OKRs\n\nPeople Operations & Core HR\nOptimize HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and compliance.\n\nImplement core HR practices: onboarding, employee relations, policy development.\n\nAdvise on federal, state, and local employment law compliance.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nCore Competencies\nGeneralist across livingHR's focus areas (tech, payroll, innovation, people analytics, operations, people and culture), with strong data storytelling skills.\n\nClient and project management; owns relationships, deadlines, and delivery end to end.\n\nFacilitation; leads implementation workshops and stakeholder sessions with confidence.\n\nInnovation mindset; finds ways to scale work and improve processes.\n\nRole Requirements\n5+ years administering and implementing HRIS/HCM systems\n\nHR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle\n\nExperience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies\n\nHands-on administrator experience with a core HRIS platform (e.g., HiBob, Dayforce and/or Rippling) required\n\nHands-on administrator experience with a performance/engagement platform (e.g., Lattice) required\n\nHRIS and/or performance platform certification strongly preferred\n\nStrong systems thinking with the ability to troubleshoot integrations independently\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills\n\nComfort operating in a lean, fast-scaling environment with high ownership expectations\n\nWhat You Can Expect\nlivingHR engages contract consultants on a project-by-project basis.
