Wir suchen ambitionierte Werkstudierende und Praktikanten (m/w/d), die in einem leistungsstarken Umfeld mit erstklassigen Teams an echten Deals in den Bereichen Real Estate Investment, Acquisition, Development und Asset Management arbeiten und früh Verantwortung übernehmen.Du bist direkt in laufende Transaktionen und Projekte eingebunden und gewinnst tiefe Einblicke in zentrale Entscheidungsprozesse.
- Unterstützung bei Sourcing, Due Diligence, Bewertungs- und Transaktionsprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Analysen, Modellen und Developer Kalkulationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Präsentationen Pitches und Investment Memoranden für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Durchführung von Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Investmentchancen
- Begleitung bei der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Grundstücks- und Projektakquisitionen
- Pflege, Aufbereitung und Analyse von Markt- und Transaktionsdaten
- Monitoring von Marktaktivitäten und Investmentangeboten
- Mitwirkung im Reporting, insbesondere bei Kosten- und Termincontrolling
Dein Profil
- Aktuelles Studium in BWL, Finance, Real Estate oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Erste Praxiserfahrung in Real Estate, Investment Banking, Private Equity oder Finance von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, unternehmerisches Denken und strukturierte, präzise Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit in einem leistungsorientierten Umfeld
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
