Ensure all projects meet OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations. \nSchedule Master: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedule, ensure timely completion. Organization and forecasting that align with means and methods for accurate sequencing. \nSubmittal Manager: Oversee submittal process using Procore, work with trade partners and vendors to ensure submittals meet client expectations. \nQPR Procurement Manager: Manage procurement processes through the lenses of quality, price, and relationships. Coordinate deliveries, maintain project budgets, mitigate risks and communicate with clients about project progression. \nCustomer Satisfaction: Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring a positive experience. \nLMA Leader: Lead, manage, and hold team accountable to deliver high quality work and achieve project goals. \nRequirements\nRequirements/Qualifications we are searching for:\nBachelor’s degree preferred. \nUnique skills and qualities, often honed during military service preferred. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced in prior work experience. \n3+ years’ experience in project management or similarly related transferrable skills. \nAbility to consistently analyze and execute financial & operational tradeoffs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity as evidenced in prior work experience. \nExcellent business judgment as demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and a strong reputation with clients and business partners. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly encouraged. \nWhy LJV?\nAt LJV, we’re not just builders- we’re innovators tackling many construction challenges with purpose and precision.
