Air Bag diagnostic knowledge and replacement after vehicles have been in a collision, R/I dash and motors, and R/R front suspension parts and subframes are also required.Compensation:\nSalary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience\nEssential Job Duties\nHiring, training, and developing new Technicians\n\nProvide prompt and professional service to assigned customers.\n\nProvide mechanical and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.\n\nMaintain current knowledge of new systems and techniques in the automotive industry, i.e. airbag systems, radar cruise control,\n\nforward collision warning, adaptive headlights, and so forth.\n\nDevelop and maintain excellent customer relationships through the use of our company Core Values and Brand Promise.\n\nAssumes other duties as assigned.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nAs an area manager, you'll have overall responsibility for technicians in an allocated area.\n\nMinimum Requirements \nEducation & Experience\n7+ years of automotive repair experience.\n\nHigh School Degree (or GED equivalent).\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nRead wiring diagrams & diagnose vehicles.\n\nPossess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.\n\nStrong time management skills and detailed-oriented.\n\nProfessional appearance and outgoing personality.\n\nEssential Physical Demands/Work Environment\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
