In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for assisting with all operation activities within the cross-dock including delivering top-brand aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories directly to our customers, providing friendly, dependable service, manually loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying parts loaded and unloaded, and collecting payments from customers. (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous employment)\nHourly raises of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance\nConsistent schedule\nDrive well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C\nJoin a fast-growing company that values safety, service, and teamwork\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate a company vehicle (a 15 ft. or larger box truck) in a safe, courteous manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.\nSafely operate PIT equipment to load/unload shuttle and delivery vehicles\nProvide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity\nVerify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams\nDrive to the delivery destination and physically unload the truck, verify the parts unloaded, and obtain the signature of the receiving location confirming the accuracy of the parts delivered.\nCollect accounts receivable, as necessary.\nAssist with procedures to meet deadlines, as needed.\nComply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards, policies and procedures.\nAssume other duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nRunning cross-dock operations when the Cross-dock Manager is off.\nProviding/coordinating assistance for drivers out on runs.\nAssist with keeping the company fleet maintained.\nLead the work of others who perform essentially the same work. May set priorities, schedule and review work, but have no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance and/or make pay decisions.\nTrain other drivers.\nSupport Manager to lead all delivery personnel, and assign duties daily.\nObserve workers to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma/GED.\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nHave a valid driver's license and safe driving record.\n2+ years of related experience.\nHave no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.\nMust meet Department of Transportation testing and physical requirements.\nMust be knowledgeable of DOT regulations as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdditional computer training is desired.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.\nBasic messages communicated orally.
