Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!\nResponsible for completion of daily team warehouse assignments, providing support/assistance to supervisors, coaching team members, and acting as a liaison between supervisors and staff for efficient delivery of information.Essential Job Duties\nAssist with scheduling and overseeing daily assignments to ensure quality control and maximum productivity of team members assigned.\nLead and assist in the storage and handling of production material that has been received or needs to be shipped.\nCoordinate and oversee the daily cycle counts of production materials.\nObserve, enforce, and coach workers to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace.\nTrain others.\nAnalyze or resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.\nEstablish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.\nSupervise all warehouse activities, i.e., truck loading/unloading, moving bin locations, bin maintenance, and restocking.\nPerform warehouse activities to include parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.\nVerify in-stock position on product for sales staff as well as assist in monitoring inventory levels.\nAssumes other duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nLead the work of others who perform essentially the same work. May set priorities, schedule, and review work, but have no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance, and/or make pay decisions.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma/GED.\n5+ years of related experience.\nPreferredRequirements\nForklift certification.\nBilingual- English/Spanish.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.\nFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.\nRegularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to department or middle management.\nProblems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.\nDecisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.\nResults are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.\nHandle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.\nEssential Physical Demands/Work Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods.\nThe employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise levels.\nTravel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).\nThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
