Servicing thousands of repair facilities and customers and growing throughout the United States, customer service and technical expertise are our top priorities.\nTo learn more about Elitek Vehicle Services, visit www.elitekauto.com\nCompensation\n$78,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.\nEssential Job Duties:\nAssist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.\nDrives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.\nPerform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programing, ADAS calibrations and diagnostics.\nDevelop relationships with new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers to maintain customer relationships.\nAssumes other duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh school diploma and relevant certification.\n\n5+ years of automotive repair experience.\n\nPossess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.\n\nMust qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.\n\nMust pass pre-employment drug screening.\n\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\n\nAbility to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.\n\nProficient use of a variety of automotive services and diagnostic equipment.\n\nPossess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.\n\nMust have strong time management skills and be detailed-oriented.\n\nEssential Physical Demands/Work Environment:\nThe employee must occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.\n\nWork in a shop environment including heat and loud noise.\n\nRequires sitting for relatively long periods of time, while driving.\n\nThe employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and/or extreme heat.\n\nShould be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and occasional climate driving conditions.\n\nSome positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties.
