Advise leadership of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.\nIdentify obstacles, analyze, and find viable solutions to problems and risks to the completion of the project.\nAssist with end-user and internal documentation of systems, processes, and projects alike for current and future reference.\nInitiate and support continual quality improvement.\nAssume other duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNot responsible for supervising employees.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of related experience required; Still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.\nPreferred Requirements\nPMI certification.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.\nFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.\nRegularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills.
