This role is accountable for guiding project teams, defining practical delivery plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, action items and decisions. As a senior project manager, this person is expected to lead multiple projects concurrently.Essential Job Duties\nLead complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring business objectives, scope, timelines, budget, risks, and outcomes are actively managed and communicated.\nDevelop and maintain clear project plans, status reporting, risk and issue logs, action items tracker, communication plans, dependency tracking, budget forecasts, and decision records.\nCreate materials and communicate project health, status, risks, tradeoffs, decisions, and business impact in a concise, tailored manner for executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nBuild trusted relationships across business and technology groups by listening well, creating transparency, resolving ambiguity, and encouraging collaborative problem-solving.\nFacilitate productive meetings, working sessions, and executive updates that drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions.\nLead or coordinate the work of other project team members, vendors, analysts, or project managers to support technical projects or programs.\nDemonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with sound judgment in escalating risks, framing options, and recommending next steps.\nAssume other duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nLead the work of others performing similar or related work. May set priorities, assign tasks, schedule and review work, and provide guidance, without responsibility to hire, terminate, conduct performance reviews, or make pay decisions.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years of related project management experience required, including experience leading cross-functional technology projects.\nPreferredRequirements\nProject management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Copilot.\nExperience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Visio, or similar tools.\nExperience leading projects that involve business process change, systems integration, vendor coordination, or enterprise technology delivery.\nExperience with program management.\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.\nFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and Powerpoint presentations to support business objectives.\nDemonstrate use of computer operations (programming, relational databases, and operating systems) and software packages.\nFrequently communicates complex information across departments and interacts with management. Can present, resolve, and address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.\nRegularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.\nProblems are varied and complex, requiring analysis or interpretation of the situation. Problems are solved using knowledge and skills, general precedents, and practices.\nDecisions impact the management and operations within a department or business unit.
