As this role collaborates closely with international teams, daily communication is conducted in English. Applicants who submit their CV and application in English will be prioritized during the screening process.\nIf you are passionate about transforming data into decisions, automating processes, and creating real impact across product, marketing, and business strategy, this opportunity is for you.\n\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify patterns and opportunities within large volumes of data (1M+ records per day).\nDefine key business KPIs, establish alert thresholds, and determine the actions associated with each threshold.\nDevelop scripts to combine and analyze data from multiple sources in order to answer critical business questions.\nAutomate reports, validate data quality, and generate actionable insights.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Customer Experience, and others.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in digital platforms (preferably fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS).\nAdvanced English level. The candidate must be able to communicate verbally in English.\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.\nStrong experience with SQL, Python, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).\nSolid understanding of key business metrics such as CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn, among others.\nNice to have: knowledge of Big Data and Machine Learning.\nMust be based in Lima, Peru, with availability to work in Magdalena Del Mar.\n\nWhat We Offer: \n\nFull-time employment with an indefinite-term contract.\n100% EPS health coverage (Rimac – Plan 1).\nHybrid work model (office located in Magdalena del Mar).
