You will be part of an exceptional technology team surrounded by peers who will inspire and motivate you to deliver your very best work.\nRole Purpose\nThe Data Analyst role will play a key part in developing and supporting Lloyds Living’s data and reporting capability, with a particular focus on information held within our core residential property management platforms.\nThe role is part of Lloyds Living’s Data & Insights Team under our Enterprise Technology function. It requires working closely with property management, operational and finance teams, and will be responsible for extracting, transforming and presenting data primarily from MRI Qube PM and MRI Engage CRM (previously known as MRI Sales & Lettings) to provide reliable, timely and actionable reporting. The role will work alongside Data & Insight colleagues developing robust strategic data platforms, and be the interface to that function for operational property management colleagues.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong technical reporting and data skills with an understanding of residential property management. They will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, investigate data issues and turn complex operational data into clear and useful information.\nThe role is based in Manchester to support a deep integration with the operational property management teams located in that office. The ideal candidate is expected to pro-actively suggest opportunities for data and reporting to add value and efficiency to the operational team and will be embedded in the management team of the Lloyds Living Property Management function.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis, Engineering & Reporting\nDesign, develop and maintain tactical reporting solutions using data from MRI Qube PM and MRI Sales & Lettings (SLM).\nProactively suggest data and reporting solutions to add value to operational business challenges.\nExtract, transform and combine data from multiple operational systems to create robust and reusable reporting datasets, utilising both ad hoc tactical approach where relevant and longer term strategic approach aligned to core Microsoft Fabric data platform.\nDevelop automated and repeatable reporting processes, reducing reliance on manual data manipulation.\nTranslate business reporting requirements into effective data models, reports and dashboards.\nOptimise existing reports and data processes for performance, reliability and maintainability.\nSupport the integration of property management data into Lloyds Living’s wider data and reporting environment.\nMRI Property Systems\nDevelop a strong understanding of the data structures, processes and reporting capabilities within MRI Qube PM and MRI Engage CRM (previously known as MRI Sales & Lettings).\nWork with operational and technology colleagues to understand how business processes are represented within the underlying data.\nInvestigate reporting and data issues and support root-cause analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the availability, usability and consistency of data held within the MRI product estate.\nWork effectively with MRI and other third-party suppliers where specialist product knowledge or technical support is required.\nData Quality & Governance\nMonitor and improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of reporting data.\nDevelop appropriate validation and reconciliation controls for key datasets and reports.\nMaintain clear documentation covering data sources, transformations, definitions and reporting logic.\nEnsure reporting solutions operate in line with appropriate governance, security and control requirements.\nEssential Experience & Skills\nStrong practical experience of reporting from MRI Qube PM.\nStrong practical experience of reporting from MRI Engage CRM (previously known as MRI Sales & Lettings).\nExperience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI.\nExperience developing reporting and analytical solutions from complex operational datasets.\nExperience of working closely with leadership teams as a trusted partner, proactively proposing data and reporting solutions that address business challenges.\nStrong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases.\nExperience of data extraction, transformation, reconciliation and validation.\nGood understanding of data modelling and reporting principles.\nExperience gathering reporting requirements directly from business stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to communicate technical and data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nProperty Sector Experience\nThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential property management, giving them an understanding of the business processes and data associated with managing residential portfolios.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience reporting from FixFlo.\nExperience working with Microsoft Fabric.\nExperience integrating data from property management and other SaaS platforms.\nFamiliarity with APIs and automated data extraction.\nAbout working for us\nOur ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we're committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.\nWe were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.\nWe offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns.
