Great colleagues, amazing workspaces, hybrid working and huge career opportunities, you’ll find them all here.\nWhat you'll need\nStrong Software Engineering expertise, with significant experience building and operating production backend services in Go, including testing, concurrency, code quality and maintainable service design.\nExperience designing and delivering microservices, APIs, integrations and distributed systems, balancing performance, resilience, security and maintainability.\nStrong DevOps and operational engineering capability, including CI/CD, automated testing, release practices and production support.\nExperience building and operating containerised services, with knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and modern cloud deployment approaches.\nStrong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, guide technical decisions and lead delivery through ambiguity.\nExcellent critical thinking, decision making and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly and influence outcomes.
