They own and manage service level objectives for capabilities such as joiner mover leaver processes, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification, working through their product team to drive operational excellence. They champion SRE principles across the IAM estate, ensuring services are resilient, observable and scalable, while collaborating closely with application teams, platform teams and business consumers to deliver secure, compliant and frictionless access management capabilities.Job Description\n Leads the reliability, availability and operational performance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification and role management capabilities.\nIdentifies and eliminates operational toil through automation, improving the reliability and efficiency of identity lifecycle, access governance and provisioning processes.\nContributes to IAM and security control frameworks, ensuring operational controls, monitoring and recovery capabilities support compliance, audit and security requirements.\nLeads teams responsible for the support and continuous improvement of IAM and IGA services, ensuring platforms can meet current and future business demand.\nDevelops performance measures and reliability targets, using service data and telemetry to drive continual service improvement.\nEvaluates and implements improvements to IGA platforms and services, balancing reliability, scalability, security and user experience.\nUses observability, monitoring and operational analytics to identify service risks and reliability issues, driving remediation before customer impact occurs.\nOptimises platform capacity, resilience and operational processes, ensuring IAM services remain sustainable, performant and cost effective.\nEstablishes testing, validation and recovery strategies for IAM and IGA services, including lifecycle processes, access governance controls, integrations and disaster recovery capabilities.\nAt Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper.
