You’ll work across a varied and high-profile portfolio, delivering complex change and ensuring our clients are treated fairly and lessons are learned.\nAs a Project Manager, you’ll lead your delivery team across the full project lifecycle, bringing strong project management disciplines across analysis, planning, governance, financial management and delivery. You’ll challenge thinking and explore new ideas, helping create an environment where the team can deliver at its best.\nWorking across teams and business areas, you’ll help ensure we continue to deliver high standards of service while meeting our regulatory requirements.\nThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLead change projects from idea through to implementation, delivering to agreed scope, cost, quality and timescales.\nLead planning, governance and delivery across design, build, route to live and implementation, ensuring accountable deliverables are signed off.\nIdentify and escalate delivery risks, dependencies and upstream or downstream impacts to keep releases and roadmap initiatives on track.\nBuild effective working relationships across the business, influencing colleagues, resolving queries and ensuring actions are followed through.\nLead and facilitate Agile delivery activities including Daily Stand-ups, Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives and Sprint Reviews.\nCoach and support colleagues within the team, creating an environment that encourages collaboration, learning and delivery excellence.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience of working on Rectification & Remediation projects, with a strong understanding of the R&R lifecycle.\nStrong project management experience, with a track record of leading change from idea through to implementation.\nStrong planning, governance and financial management skills, with experience delivering against scope, cost, quality and timescales.\nExperience working within change lifecycles and supporting governance requirements.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments, with a good understanding of Agile ways of working.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the confidence to make sound judgements in complex or challenging situations.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of colleagues and partners.\n(Please note our roles can generate a considerable amount of interest and can close early so don't miss out on this opportunity to apply today.)\nThis Is A Place For You\nOur ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.
