You'll work closely with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services to coordinate effective responses to security events, while also helping to resolve security equipment issues remotely or arranging engineer support when required.\nAlongside day-to-day operations, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, maintain quality standards, and support the development of processes and procedures that improve our security services.\nIn this role you’ll:\nMonitor security alarms and coordinate effective responses to incidents\nDiagnose and resolve security equipment issues, escalating to engineers where required\nProvide expert guidance and support through telephone and email communications\nManage and support access control systems, ensuring processes are followed\nInvestigate issues, identify solutions, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail\nReview playbooks, recommending improvements to enhance security services and performance.\nWhy join us?\nWe’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good.
