Reporting to Head of InfoSec, you will act as the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, providing support from first-line queries through to executive-level appointments. You’ll manage support requests, administer internal systems, maintain our hardware inventory, support new starter onboarding and work closely with our facilities team to ensure office equipment, networking and AV systems are operating effectively.
