These clientele may be principals of Navacord's commercial accounts or have prominent business and community affiliation. The PCS Account Executive will work alongside commercial producers to generate referrals and grow the PCS book of business with a focus on retention of both personal and commercial accounts.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nDelivering “best in class” additional services to clients. Additional services would be defined as those “above and beyond” normal transactional services provided to personal lines clients;\nParticipation in growth initiatives on behalf of the PCS department;\nLiaise with company underwriters to negotiate best terms for PCS clients when required;\nEnsure that strong, long-term customer relationships are created by providing value added services;\nMaintain a current knowledge base of insurance products and services with various insurance companies, including regular, non-standard, and high-net-worth markets;\nAssisting Advisors with Accounts Receivable of existing client base;\nWorking with PCS team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience;\nWorks closely with Advisors on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal while adhering to Navacord’s best practices and standard procedures\nWork closely with the Account Assistant’s to ensure timelines are being met and to review accuracy of documentation\nManage account documentation (i.e., routine inquires, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, etc.)\nReview client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements when required\nEnsure EPIC workflows are followed including maintaining and updating custom forms\nEnsure accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts\nParticipate in training and professional development courses to enhance skills and industry knowledge\nOther duties as required\nWHAT WE REQUIRE:\n2 to 4 years of personal lines experience and EPIC brokerage software preferred\nExperience in the High Net worth space considered an asset\nLevel 2 General Insurance license strongly preferred\nCompleted or working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation\nSuperb interpersonal skills and attention to detail\nAbility to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills\nAdvanced skills in Outlook, Excel,
