Our CFO and CAS team works to develop relationships with business owners to ensure that they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for the growth and profitability of their organization.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProactively build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering accurate recommendations and considerations\nExecute on standardized deliverables packages including regular client meetings, general accounting & bookkeeping, complex financial statement preparation and analysis, cash flow management, and auditor management\nMonitor WIP within engagement to ensure that work is being completed within budgeted time period\nCoach and develop a team of staff and senior accountants, providing actionable feedback and development opportunities\nIdentify opportunities to cross sell existing clients by partnering with leaders from other service lines\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required\nCPA preferred\n5+ years’ experience in accounting manager or controller role within public accounting\n2+ years’ experience managing client relationships\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nTime management and ability to meet deadlines\nProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion\nAvailable to work additional hours when necessary during tax season\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
