Our CAS team works to develop relationships with business owners to ensure that they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for the growth and profitability of their organization.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMaintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.\nPrepare journal entries and account reconciliations and with monthly close processes.\nPayroll and sales tax preparation\nMaintain documentation for accounts payable and accounts receivables\nPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.\nMeeting and reporting deadlines to clients.\nResponding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.\nEnsuring compliance with GAAP.\nAssisting the accounting services department as needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.\n1-2+ years of accounting experience.\nWorking knowledge of GAAP.\nStrong numeracy and analytical skills.\nGood problem-solving and time management skills.\nKnowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.\nKnowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.\nExcellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.\nOutstanding communication skills, both oral and written.\nDemonstrates an ability to function at a high level in a deadline driven, time-sensitive environment.\nHighly organized, able to prioritize tasks, responsive and polished communication skills (verbal and written).\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
