work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting to a maximum of 100 lbs., with frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.\nGood eye/hand coordination essential \n\nMinimum Experience Required:\n 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction is ideal\n\nAdditional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nBasic knowledge of janitorial procedures\nAbility to interact with residents and handle complaints with reasonable discretion\nFloor care knowledge\nALC lead paint certification\nAbility to interact with residents with
