The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced development team responsible for deployment, including performance tuning, scaling, and cost optimization on our cloud infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Do\n Collaborate with our development teams to understand the features and requirements for our product.\n Handle the deployment of optimized features developed by the team.\n Perform performance tuning to ensure the stability and efficiency of our product.\n Scale our cloud infrastructure to meet the growing needs of the business.\n Optimize costs associated with our cloud infrastructure.\n Work in 1-2 week sprints, focusing on specific layers of the product.\n Ensure all actions are aligned with best practices.\n Requirements\nKey Skills & Requirements\n Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in software development and system administration.\n Experience with Docker is a must.\n Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS is a must.\n Experience with APIs and FastAPI is a big plus.\n Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, and backend development is a plus.\n Familiarity with LLMs, LangChain, and similar technologies is desirable.\n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n Preferred (Not Required, but Awesome to Have)\n Exposure to frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or OpenAI’s Assistants API\n Experience integrating AI agents into web apps, dashboards, or CRMs\n Background in digital marketing, automation, or martech tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot)\n Why Join Logical Media Group?\nBe on the cutting edge of AI-powered marketing solutions\nRemote-first and flexible work environment\nOpportunity to grow with a team that values innovation and creativity\nWork with talented professionals across the Americas\nAnnual retreats, team meetups, and virtual team-building events\nBenefits\nWe offer indefinite contracts.
