They ensuretimely delivery of products,communicatestatuses and delivery plans.\nESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and direct internal and externals customer orders through the manufacturing process.\n\nRespond to delivery related or product related inquiriesas needed. This includes direct communication with plant operations,scheduling, planning, warehouse,shipping,CSR teamand quality.\n\nTrack and update recovery plans for the facility.\n\nWork with the delivery coordinator team to maintain delivery schedules to ensure timely completion (horse blankets, LOB, etc.), Communicate clear and timely status’ through tools to customers.\n\nHire, train, mentor, and schedule delivery coordinator personnel.\n\nLead and attend meetingsand callswithin and out of the company.\n\nConstantly looking to identify obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.\n\nWork closely with site operations to ensure stable workflow of orders, priorities, and stock management (i.e., stagnant WIP, work order issues, holds). This includes direct communication with the Master Schedulers, Materials Managers and Central Planning Manager.\n\nWork closelywithscheduling, adhering to capacity and specific site limitations. With sites that have a master schedulerto ensure timely release and correct flow of production orders.\n\nWork closely with CSR team to help with moving jobs\n\nUpdate Horse blanket Past due + 4 weeks (need to eventually get out 8 weeks)\n\nResponsible for putting jobs on hold, splitting and editing jobs, locating jobs pushing them through the facility.\n\nUpdatingand distributingcoverage filesto other departments.\n\nIdentify critical parts and make sure they are identified on the shop floor.\n\nGoing out on the shop floor touching jobs and working with other departmentsto ensure jobs are moving.\n\nResponsible for getting timelines for critical parts.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and issues and bring them up to daily OBEYA.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES\nHigh school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
