They are the main point of contact for internal customers.\nPay Range is $21-$26 per hour DOE\nESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and direct internal and externals customer orders through the manufacturing process.\nRespond to delivery related or product related inquires as needed. This includes direct communication with plant operations, shipping, and quality.\nDaily engagement the Delivery Assurance Manager to identify delivery risks, barriers and delivery status.\nConstantly looking to identify obstacles early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.\nIdentify and participate in resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nMaintain delivery schedules to ensure timely completion (horse blankets, LOB, etc.), Communicate clear and timely status’ through tools to upstream customers.\nWork closely with site operations to ensure stable workflow of orders, priorities, and stock management (i.e., stagnant WIP, work order issues, holds). This includes direct communication with the Master Schedulers, Materials Managers and Central Planning Manager.\nSome sites will require the Delivery Coordinator to schedule production. You will use site scheduling tools to set clear scheduling, adhering to capacity and specific site limitations. With sites that have a master scheduler, work closely to ensure timely release and correct flow of production orders.\nIdentify and direct resolution of process flow routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.\nParticipate in cross-functional discussion in delivery clinics to identify root cause and prioritized corrective actions.\n KEY DELIVERABLES:\nUpdate Horse blanket Past due + 4 weeks (need to eventually get out 8 weeks)\nResponsible for reducing work orders, cut without a cut slip and splitting work orders\nResponsible for putting jobs on hold. i.e. Details, Hardware, Tools, Material\nUpdating Coverage Files and LOBs\nUpdating BP File/SPI File (Monthly Sales)- Weekly\nUpdating GTG File daily with root cause and current cause.\nIdentify critical parts and make sure they are identified on the shop floor\nGoing out on the shop floor touching jobs and working with supervisors and leads to ensure jobs are moving.\nResponsible for getting timelines for critical parts when requested by the CSR team. These dates would come from the supervisors in the different areas.\nIdentify bottlenecks and issues and bringing them up to daily OBEYA.\nDELCO will hand internal company calls along with updating Lean DNA.\nScrap and Replace Process for Internal Customers.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES\nBackground in manufacturing environment and Bachelor's degree preferred\nAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college in business, engineering, or materials management required with a minimum of 4 years’ customer service experience in aerospace manufacturing or closely related industry\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required\nERP- SAP / AS400 and MRP knowledge preferred\n1-2 years of customer service experience preferred\nInterpretation of information furnished orally, written, and/or diagram form,\nTime Management -well organized, possesses the ability to prioritize, maintain focus and follows through to end of projects\nCustomer relationship building\nWorks effectively independently and in a team environment\nCapable of Practical Problem Solving and Decision Making using analytical skills\nUse of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
