Our Quality Inspectors inspect products and/or documents at various stages of production, to validate processes and provide documentation required to show compliance to the Sonaca North America Quality System, while under close supervision. Also, read and interpret customer instructions, blueprints, charts and other statistical information; prepare parts and documentation for outside criteria; and participate in work center and other problem-solving teams as requested.\nESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nStart up and operate the CMM following the proper operating and safety procedures.\nRead and understand setup sheets and set up jobs per instructions\nRead and understand CMM part programs, make minor setup and program adjustments as necessary on a personal computer (PC) system.\nComplete data exchange through the CAD/CAM and SPC systems.\nFollow parts schedule prepared by the supervisor. Modify the schedule as required to accommodate “hot jobs” or emergency requirements.\nWork with CAD/CAM programmers, quality, and production personnel to collect data and resolve problems.\nPerform daily routine maintenance on the CMM to ensure the safe and efficient operation.\nParticipate in work center team and/or other project teams.\n\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES\nHigh school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
