Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nSupport adoption of approved enterprise AI platforms, including GenAI.mil, AskSage, Shareable AI Agents, and Army Vantage.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline acquisition workflows, reporting, task management, and administrative processes through AI and automation.\n\nDesign, prototype, and deploy low-code automations, AI-assisted workflows, and reusable solutions.\n\nDevelop mission-specific prompt libraries, AI agents, standard operating procedures, and quick-reference guides.\n\nProvide hands-on coaching, workshops, and training to Government personnel on effective AI tool utilization.\n\nMaintain a repository of reusable prompts, scripts, and automation templates to support command-wide adoption.\n\nAssess technical feasibility, data requirements, and security considerations for proposed AI solutions.\n\nTrack adoption, productivity improvements, and labor hours saved; prepare executive dashboards and briefings.\n\nCollaborate with government stakeholders and enterprise technology teams to align solutions with operational requirements and security standards.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, business analytics, or related discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related field.\nPractical expertise with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and enterprise AI tools.\n\nProficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms and basic data integration.\n\nAbility to translate operational requirements into practical AI-enabled workflows and solutions.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI practices, data security, and secure information handling.\n\nActive SECRET clearance; please note, only US Citizens can obtain a clearance.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience supporting DoD, Army acquisition, or federal enterprise technology initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with GenAI.mil, AskSage, Army Vantage, or comparable Government AI platforms.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar tools.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, or scripting for workflow automation.\n\nExperience developing AI agents, automated reporting solutions, or reusable prompt libraries.\n\nFamiliarity with defense acquisition workflows, AI governance, and enterprise data management.\n\nExperience developing user training materials, delivering technical guidance, and supporting technology adoption.\nTarget salary range: $120,000 - $150,000\nDisclaimer:\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
