Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, test, security scanning, and deployment.\nProvision and manage cloud infrastructure across development, test, and production environments.\nDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot deployment configurations using Helm and Kubernetes manifests.\nDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot Helm releases through Rancher Fleet and Palantir Apollo, including database migration jobs.\nDeploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.\nImplement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, networking, configuration, container, and deployment issues.\nSupport incident response, rollback, recovery, and root-cause analysis.\nManage application configuration, secrets, certificates, and deployment dependencies.\nCollaborate with developers and cybersecurity engineers to improve reliability, security, and delivery workflows.\nMaintain deployment documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support SHEPRD releases and operational events.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive Secret security clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or related roles.\nExperience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.\nExperience deploying and supporting applications in AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Rancher.\nExperience scripting with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.\nWorking knowledge of cloud networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS, and application connectivity.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\nExperience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or other federal systems.\nExperience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other DoD-authorized environments.\nExperience with GitOps, microservices, and container orchestration.\nExperience with observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, or CloudWatch.\nFamiliarity with DoD RMF, STIGs, and secure software delivery practices.\nRelevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or Security+.\nTravel Requirements:\nOccasional CONUS travel required, up to 25%.\nTarget salary range is $122,000 - $211,000\nDisclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
