Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Army logistics systems enterprise architecture, business architecture, and systems engineering initiatives.\nConduct research and analysis to evaluate enterprise systems, business processes, technical architectures, and organizational performance.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements to support enterprise architecture, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.\nDevelop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and architectural recommendations supporting Army logistics leadership.\nSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture frameworks, business processes, governance activities, and technical standards.\nCoordinate activities and recommendations across multiple Army organizations, functional stakeholders, and technical teams.\nEvaluate current and future state business processes, enterprise capabilities, and technology solutions to identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport system compliance, risk management, and security authorization efforts, as required.\nFacilitate architecture reviews, technical working groups, business process improvement sessions, and stakeholder engagements while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.\nDevelop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to support leadership visibility, enterprise decision making, and organizational effectiveness.\nSupport enterprise modernization, systems integration, business process reengineering, data management, and technology implementation initiatives.\nSupport business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.\nPerform additional consulting, analytical, technical, and project support activities as assigned.\nQualifications\nThis position requires an active Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.\n3-10+ years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, systems engineering, business architecture, or other complex Government organizations.\nExperience supporting enterprise architecture, systems engineering, cybersecurity, business process analysis, or technology modernization initiatives.\nKnowledge of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, business process improvement, and information technology governance.\nStrong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using architecture, modeling, collaboration, or project management tools.\nDemonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize technical and business information into concise, actionable recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.\nSelf-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.\nAvailable for occasional travel.\nDESIRED SKILLS\nAdvanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related discipline.\n8+ years of experience supporting Army logistics enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or other DoD organizations.\nExperience supporting enterprise architecture frameworks, cybersecurity compliance, business process reengineering, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience supporting systems engineering, enterprise integration, cloud technologies, or technology modernization efforts.\nExperience developing dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or enterprise analytics products.\nTarget salary range: $120,000 - $180,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
