Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nLMI is seeking a skilled, hands-on Facility Lead to oversee the operational readiness and ongoing management of a new office and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) facility in Raleigh, NC. During construction, this individual will work alongside the Facility Construction Lead to learn the building and its key systems, and will identify, plan, and establish key support relationships for cleaning, maintenance and repair, life support, quality-of-life amenities (e.g., gym, coffee/food service), and security systems. After construction, the Facility Lead will manage these relationships directly, ensuring the building remains available, serviceable, and ready for work. This individual reports to the Deputy Program Manager, who oversees overall establishment of the site.\nPrimary duties include:\nDuring construction, learn the Raleigh, NC facility's layout, infrastructure, and key building systems by working alongside the Facility Construction Lead and project contractors. \nIdentify, plan, and establish support relationships and service agreements for cleaning, maintenance and repair, life support, quality-of-life amenities (e.g., gym, coffee/food service), and security systems. \nEnsure security system vendors and service providers meet ICD 705 (SAP-F) and other applicable physical security standards for the facility. \nServe as the primary point of contact with government facility security officials and service providers on facility operations and security matters. \nAfter construction, manage ongoing vendor and service relationships to ensure the building remains available, serviceable, and ready for work. \nLocation: This position is based in Raleigh, NC.\nTravel: This position requires approximately 10-25% travel.\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. \n7+ years of experience in facility operations, management, or administration, including experience with secure facilities. \nWorking knowledge of ICD 705 (SAP-F) and related physical security standards as they apply to facility operations. \nDemonstrated experience identifying, establishing, and managing vendor and service provider relationships (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security systems) for a single-site facility. \nNice to Have:\nCertified SCIF Accreditation experience. \nPMP or Construction Management certification. \nExperience operating or managing Special Access Program (SAP) facilities, systems, or environments. \nTS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
