Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nHardware Project Coordination\nEstablish, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple hardware development and manufacturing initiatives.\nTrack project progress and identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and outstanding actions.Facilitate coordination between engineering, firmware, manufacturing, procurement, and program delivery teams.\nMaintain project documentation, meeting notes, action registers, and status reports.\nSupport leadership in prioritizing competing hardware development and delivery requirements.\nCoordinate project reviews and ensure timely communication of decisions and outstanding issues.\nWorkflow Management\nCreate, organize, assign, and maintain Jira tickets, epics, and project boards.\nServe as the primary coordinator for hardware project tracking within project management system.\nMonitor ticket status, ownership, due dates, dependencies, and completion.\nWork with technical leads to ensure engineering activities are accurately captured and prioritized.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into project progress and team workload.\nIdentify overdue actions, workflow bottlenecks, and potential schedule impacts.\nSupport continuous improvement of hardware project management processes.\nBusiness Development and Pipeline Integration\nEnsure current and planned hardware capabilities are accurately represented in opportunity development, customer discussions, and proposal activities.\nAssist with coordination point between the hardware team and SPECTR business development stakeholders.\nMaintain awareness of active opportunities and emerging customer requirements across the business development pipeline.\nCoordinate with technical leads to validate hardware feasibility, development timelines, and product availability.\nTrack hardware-related requirements and commitments throughout the opportunity lifecycle.\nMaintain visibility into anticipated hardware demand to support manufacturing and resource planning.\nReporting and Operational Support\nPrepare materials for leadership reviews, project meetings, and operational discussions.\nDevelop and maintain consolidated hardware project status reports and dashboards.\nTrack key performance indicators related to project execution, milestone completion, and delivery performance.\nMaintain centralized documentation of project decisions, commitments, and outstanding actions.\nSupport process improvements that increase transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.\nProvide administrative and organizational support to hardware leadership as needed.\nQualifications\nLocation: This position may be supported remotely. Location in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area preferred.\nTravel: Travel as needed to support customer discovery, site assessments, demonstrations, pilots, deployments, and other business needs.\nAvailability: Availability during core business hours is required. Additional coordination may be required based on customer and project needs.\nRequiredQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, program operations, or a related role.\nExperience project management and workflow tracking platforms.\nStrong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\nExperience tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to coordinate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, identify issues, and proactively drive actions to completion.\nNice to Have:\n Experience supporting hardware engineering, product development, manufacturing, or technical programs.\nFamiliarity with government contracting and federal acquisition environments.\nExperience supporting business development, capture management, or proposal development.\nKnowledge of product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, or supply chain operations.\nExperience developing dashboards, workflows, and project reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile, traditional, or hybrid project management methodologies.\nPMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.\nTarget Salary Range: $92,075- $158,138\nDisclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
