The position supports the Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) Force Management Office (FMO) in the assessment of force structure, Total Army Analysis (TAA), and other logistics requirements of the Army Quartermaster Corps. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nCanvass databases and consolidate information from numerous sources into a single database or spreadsheet and manipulate the data for analysis of courses of action.\nConduct qualitative and quantitative logistics analysis including application of analytical and simulation models.\nConduct research in logistics operations, including literature reviews, interviews, and site visits.\nSynthesize project findings into actionable recommendations with demonstrable benefits in business performance.\nSupport and lead projects that redesign or enhance the Army supply system via logistics policies and processes.\nCommunicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations.\nCoordinate and staff recommendations with multiple agencies.\nAssist in marketing of consulting services, including market research, teaming arrangements, competitive analysis, and creation of marketing publications.\nAssist in business performance assessment and reporting.\nApply data science in creating workflows and dashboards to improve overall efficiencies and products. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required. Degree in logistics, data analytics, engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred. \nFive (5) or more years of work experience.\nStrong quantitative skills, including the ability to use MS office tools, spreadsheet, database, and project management software.\nDemonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training and professional development training.\nSuperior communication skills, both oral and written.\nSelf-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.\nAvailable for occasional travel.\nActive DoW Secret clearance.\nDESIRED SKILLS\nMaster’s degree or higher in related discipline.\nActive DoW Secret clearance. \nExperience supporting the U.S. Army or another Department of Defense organization. \nFamiliarity with Army logistics, sustainment, readiness, supply chain, or maintenance data. \nRelevant technical certification or military occupational experience. \nTarget salary range: $62,075 - $94,138.39\nDisclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
