Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nWork directly with Army operations center personnel to understand mission processes, information requirements, and operational challenges.\n\nTranslate operational needs into actionable technical requirements, development priorities, and user workflows.\n\nSupport development and deployment of operational applications, dashboards, and workflows using Palantir Foundry, Maven, and related technologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to connect existing enterprise data and capabilities to operational requirements.\n\nCollaborate with data engineers and software engineers to develop and refine ontology-backed applications and AI-enabled workflows.\n\nEvaluate existing operational applications and identify opportunities for reuse, integration, or improvement.\n\nSupport application testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user adoption.\n\nFacilitate working sessions, demonstrations, and iterative feedback with operational stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate with technical teams, system owners, and government stakeholders to resolve integration and implementation challenges.\n\nProvide technical guidance on the practical use of Palantir capabilities in operational environments.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent military, technical, or professional experience.\n\nEight or more years of experience supporting military operations, operational systems, technical integration, or related activities.\n\nHands-on experience supporting or implementing Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Maven, or comparable operational data platforms.\n\nExperience translating operational requirements into technical capabilities or workflows.\n\nExperience working directly with military operational personnel and technical development teams.\n\nStrong understanding of military operational processes and information requirements.\n\nExperience supporting deployment, configuration, or integration of mission-critical software capabilities.\n\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nActive Top Secret clearance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Army command-and-control or operations center environments.\n\nExperience with Palantir Maven Smart System and Army Vantage.\n\nExperience developing operational dashboards, automated workflows, or integrated operational hubs.\n\nFamiliarity with Army mobilization, readiness, force management, or sustainment processes.\n\nExperience with ontology-driven applications and AI-enabled operational tools.\n\nExperience leading small technical teams or coordinating multidisciplinary development efforts.\n\nTarget Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000\nDisclaimer:\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
