Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Army logistics in the Logistics Operations Center to conduct analysis on current operations through operational planning, synchronization, monitoring, and execution of enterprise activities.\nConduct planning, research and analysis to evaluate continuity of operations (COOP), emerging issues, operational trends, and mission impacts and impact to Army sustainment equities.\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze information from multiple sources to support situational awareness and executive decision making.\nDevelop executive-ready briefings, reports, decision papers, presentations, and operational updates supporting Army logistics leadership.\nCoordinate operational activities, taskings, and recommendations across multiple Army organizations and stakeholders.\nMonitor operational activities, milestones, deliverables, and action items while identifying risks, dependencies, and recommending mitigation strategies.\nSupport operational planning, issue resolution, and synchronization of Army logistics priorities across the enterprise.\nFacilitate operational meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning sessions while documenting decisions and tracking follow-up actions.\nSynthesize complex operational information into actionable recommendations that improve mission execution and organizational effectiveness.\nDevelop performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products to enhance operational visibility and leadership decision making.\nSupport continuity of operations planning, operational reporting, and execution of enterprise initiatives, as required.\nSupport business development activities, including market research, proposal support, solution development, and client engagement, as required.\nPerform additional consulting, analytical, and project support activities as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Political Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n3-10, or more, years of professional experience supporting Army logistics, current operations, within DoW, or other complex Government organizations.\nExperience conducting operational analysis, current operations planning, or organizational assessments.\nStrong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and collaboration tools.\nDemonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work effectively within cross-functional teams.\nSelf-directed, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.\nAvailable for occasional travel.\nThis position requires an active Top Secret security clearance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens\nDESIRED SKILLS\nAdvanced degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience in COOP operations or as a SME in a DoW operations center\nThree to 10, or more, years of experience supporting Army logistics current operations with a global operations impact.\nExperience supporting headquarters level operations, operational planning, task management, or enterprise coordination.\nExperience developing operational dashboards, performance metrics, executive reporting, or data visualization products.\nFamiliarity with business process improvement, workflow modernization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience facilitating cross-functional operational working groups and stakeholder engagements.\nExcellent research, writing, briefing, and staff coordination skills.\nTarget salary range: $100,000-$135,000\n Disclaimer: The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
