Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities of the position may include:\nPerform system builds, security hardening, and deployment across multiple DoW environments and classification levels.\nFamiliar with working in SCI/SAP environments; understand standard SCIF process and protocols.\nApply networking concepts involving firewalls and routers.\nUtilize systems analysis techniques and procedures to resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues.\nCollaborate with IT teams to maintain optimal infrastructure performance and availability.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nWork independently with a high degree of motivation; managing and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.\nProvide excellent customer service and effectively communicate and brief government leadership.\nDoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CISSP, CCNA, etc.).\nQualifications\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in related discipline\nActive Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility\n7+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure management\nExperience and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word), SharePoint, Defense Connect Online (DCO)\nUS citizen with a Top Secret SCI clearance required\nAbility to understand and implement Agile concepts and principles.\nSkilled in interpreting and applying Security Technical Implementation Guides \nDeep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall management.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\nProven analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\nStrong communication skills and ability to adapt communication to a specific audience\nHighly self-motivated and directed.\nTeam-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. \nThe target salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000.\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.\nApplicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
