Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments\nWork with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.\nDevelop a good understanding of the customer’s ServiceNow business needs.\nCoordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in ServiceNow\nProvide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform.\nDeliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of ServiceNow implementation to client stakeholders\nImplement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.\nImplement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.\nCreate and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nUndergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred. \nThis position requires six (6) or more years’ work experience.\nFour (4) or more years’ experience in configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform or applications.\nDemonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment\nDemonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in a client environment\nDemonstrated experience with the ServiceNow Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.\nExperience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment\nSome travel may be required within CONUS only\nDesired Experience\nExperience implementing ServiceNow within a Human Centered Design framework\nDemonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets\nDemonstrated experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.\nDemonstrated experience with the implementation of ServiceNow in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.\nDemonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow modules to clients in the US Federal Government\nDesired Certifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM\nTarget salary range: $76,000 - $130,000.\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
