To effectively support system needs and operational demands across these platforms, this role requires flexibility in working schedule outside of traditional working hours.\nService Desk Support & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service desk tickets related to NetSuite, Concur, and RF-Smart. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional issues or user inquiries, escalating complex technical bugs or development requests appropriately.\nAdvanced Reporting & Saved Searches: Maintain an intermediate-to-advanced understanding of reporting tools to create, modify, and audit NetSuite saved searches and reports.
