Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop strategies to identify, qualify, and resolve technical blockers with a focus on cybersecurity \nHelp to promote impact of LMI sensor and IoT solutions and supporting proof of concept engagements \nHelp influence cybersecurity solutioning needed to solve technical challenges and effectively influence feature, deployment, architecture and process to meet emerging business objectives \nProvide cogent strategies and influence project teams and clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills \nBridge needed cybersecurity control responses to solve technical challenges and influence customer initiatives \nWork with technical integration teams to support solution design, proof of concepts and implementations \nCreate and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements \nOn occasion, represent LMI on technical trainings and presentations at industry seminars or events \nMentoring team members in cybersecurity, solution architecture and development to drive to shared mission \nQualifications\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science or Information Science or Management or related study \nDoD 8570 Level III certification such as a CISSP \nEight (8)+ years of experience in information technology, wireless communications, cybersecurity or information assurance \nFour (4)+ years of experience working with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers and other data communications \nTwo (2)+ years of experience with AWS, GCP or Azure environments \nExperience with Navy or other DOW RMF requirements\nProven experience navigating ATO processes for technology solutions\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret+ clearance \nPreferred Qualifications:\nThe ideal candidate will have pre-sales experience, or hands-on technical experience deploying enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions and technology, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem required to bring ideation to live production environments\n4+ years of technical experience as a Security Engineer \n2+ years of experience in working for or in support of the Department of Defense \nExperience with DevOps or DevSecOps operations \nStrong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new hardware and software-based technologies and solutions \nExperience in data integration, sensor or IoT implementation and the ability to architect integrated solutions with third-party products \nIntermediate knowledge and experience with securing IoT, OT or IoMT - Internet of Medical Things \nExperience in securing or implementing wireless technologies and communication frequencies \nPrevious experience with network engineering or administration \nAgile Project Management experience, PMP \nThe target salary range for this position is $122,209 - $211,317.\nThe salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.\nApplicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance.
