Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.\nResponsibilities\nCustomer Success Support:\nAssist in coordinating customer success activities across DoW accounts, ensuring timely communication, scheduling, and follow-through.\nSupport Field Service Representatives (FSRs) with logistics, materials, and preparation for deployments and training events.\nHelp capture customer feedback, notes, and action items from meetings and field engagements.\nMaintain organized records of customer interactions, requirements, and ongoing initiatives.\nProvide on site support at customer locations during all phases of the project.\nAdoption and Program Execution:\nSupport the development and delivery of training materials, guides, and onboarding resources for end users.\nAssist in tracking adoption metrics, usage data, and customer success indicators.\nHelp document customer success stories, lessons learned, and operational use cases to support internal teams.\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and customer needs.\nOperational and Continuous Improvement Support:\nContribute to improving internal processes, templates, and playbooks for customer engagement and training.\nHelp maintain centralized repositories for training materials, documentation, and program assets.\nAssist in analyzing feedback and identifying trends to inform product and training improvements.\nProvide general program and administrative support to ensure efficient execution of mission activities.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and support customer-facing initiatives.\nU.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance;
