This includes designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures, optimizing performance and cost-efficiency, and ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements. The Cloud Architect will lead cloud migration projects, provide technical leadership to project teams, and collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored cloud solutions. Hands-on experience in cloud development and implementation is mandatory. Cloud Architect will provide technical expertise and propose cloud strategies. Implementing cloud security best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards is a crucial aspect of the role. The architect will optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Conducting cloud assessments, evaluating technology options, and recommending solutions are also essential responsibilities. Mentoring and coaching team members to build technical capabilities and foster innovation is another key responsibility. The architect will participate in pre-sales activities, including preparing technical proposals, solution presentations and client workshops. Finally, contributing to the development of cloud consulting methodologies and best practices is an important part of the role.\nExperience:\nMinimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in cloud architecture roles.\nPreferably 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in cloud architecture roles.\nRequired Skills:\nProven track record of architecting and implementing solutions in Azure and AWS environments. Experience with GCP and OCI will be an added advantage.\nHands-on development experience in cloud platforms.\nProficient in cloud modernization, migration, implementation, automation, and DevOps practices.\nExperience in implementation of cloud transformation projects.\nDeep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, best practices, and standards.\nProficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform).\nStrong understanding of networking, virtualization, and identity management in cloud environments.\nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).\nUnderstanding of Serverless deployments, VPCs, API Gateways, virtual machines, managed database services, managed AI/ML services, and managed data processing and analytics services.\nExperience includes working with a variety of Azure services. This includes Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines.
