Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Junior Real Estate Customer success manager to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who has built a foundation in the UAE market and is ready to accelerate their career in residential or commercial property. You will work alongside experienced brokers, receive structured mentorship, and be given the tools and leads to build your own book of business. This role suits someone who is hungry, presentable, and understands the importance of client relationships in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate leads through, networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers and landlords.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries from property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Canvass target areas and communities to identify motivated sellers and exclusive listing opportunities.
  • Attend industry networking events, developer launches, and community open days to grow your personal brand and client network.

Client Management & Advisory

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their property goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide honest, informed advice on current market conditions, pricing, and neighbourhood insights.
  • Guide clients through the full transaction cycle from initial viewing through to signed contracts and handover.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with all active clients and prospects using the company CRM.
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Listings & Property Management

  • Source, list, and market properties across residential sales and/or leasing, ensuring listings are accurate, well-presented, and competitively priced.
  • Coordinate professional photography, floor plans, and property descriptions for portal and social media listings.
  • Conduct property viewings in a professional manner, demonstrating strong product knowledge and closing ability.
  • Monitor listing performance and proactively recommend price adjustments or marketing changes to clients.

Transactions & Compliance

  • Prepare and process all relevant RERA documentation accurately, including Form A (listing agreements), Form B (buyer agreements), and Form F (MOU/contracts).
  • Liaise with developers, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and the Dubai Land Department to ensure smooth transaction progression.
  • Ensure all listings and transactions are compliant with RERA regulations, DLD requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property law, ownership regulations, and any changes to the regulatory environment.

Reporting & Administration

  • Keep CRM records fully updated with all client interactions, viewings, offers, and deal stages.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates to the Head of Brokerage or team lead.
  • Track personal performance against monthly and quarterly targets (calls, viewings, listings, GCI).
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and property tours as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, ideally within real estate, financial services, hospitality, automotive, or another high-value B2C or B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Active RERA Broker Card issued by the Dubai Land Department, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of joining (company-sponsored).
  • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle for client viewings.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, French, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse, international clientele.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing, even if in a support or admin capacity.
  • Familiarity with UAE property portals, CRM platforms (e.g. Propspace, Zoho, Salesforce), and social media marketing for property.
  • Existing network of potential buyers, investors, or landlords in the UAE market.
  • Knowledge of UAE freehold areas, developer brands, and off-plan market dynamics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (advantageous but not required).

Who You Are
